Growing up, Guen's life never got more interesting than clown tricks. While this may have been interesting for some people, it wasn't where Guen's life stopped. Guen had been showing slight signs of Delusional Disorder since late high-school, but things didn't get really interesting until college.
In Guen's first year of college, she spent one night getting very drunk, as college students do, and slept with someone. It lead to pregnancy. This was when her delusions became more serious. It's unsure why, but Guen was convinced that the child was the result with a passionate affair with movie star Heath Ledger. The problem was they'd never met. When no one believed Guen's story, she went as far as to track down a way to contact him and informed him of their child, and when he didn't respond, she attempted to sue him for child support.
The lawsuit between Guenevere Rose and Heath Ledger caught the attention of many tabloids and made it into the monologue of quite a few talk-shows. She became a bit of a laughing stock when it was made public that the child wasn't fathered by Heath Ledger, until she lost the baby. After that, Guen adopted the belief that she was now unable to conceive children. It was reccommended soon after that the Rose family find help for their daughter, so they looked to nearby Cherry Hallow.
DISCLAIMER: Guen is just a made-up character. She's NOT Jewel Staite. She has nothing to do with her, and neither do I. Don't sue me.
